Greg is the founder of Ross Built Construction Co. Greg has a finance degree and an MBA and has over 20 years of experience in building construction. Greg's construction roots began in his early 20's when, as a hobby, he began renovating turn of the century homes. His appreciation for solid construction blended with beautiful architecture was set at an early age and is present in his work today.

Merrill Romanik, Architect
Merrill is a licensed Architect, has Masters Degree in Building Construction, is a registered Interior Designer and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Merrill has extensive experience in both Residential and Commercial Architecture and Design. Merrill's adheres to the highest standards of aesthetic, technical and environmental values which are invaluable to the Ross Built Team.

Chad Titsworth, Project Manager, Commercial
Chad leads the Commercial Division of Ross Built. Chad has an MBA from Southern Illinois University and was in the United States Marine Corp. He has a General Contractor License and brings with him an impressive suite of experience in both residential and commercial construction. His diverse profile includes Project Management, Facilities Management, Plant Supervision and Project Engineering. Chad's experience makes him quite versatile in working with all of Ross Built's commercial clients.

Lee Ross, Design Consultant
Lee is responsible for Marketing, Design and Customer Coordination at Ross Built. Lee has a Master’Äôs Degree and worked for a GIS software company for many years. She has traveled extensively and has been renovating homes since her college days. Her love of people, good architecture and technology offer a unique and progressive advantage to the Ross Built Team.
