The Sand Castle
Built in 1923, this truly unique property underwent a complete renovation and restoration in 2016. We worked closely with our clients to ensure that all materials brought into this home were period appropriate and that we did not undo any of the homes original character. We tapped in to a whole new pool of local talent and craftsman which included metal smiths, bricklayers, carpenters, flooring restorers and we even found a plaster man who wowed us daily. Visitors are often found soaking in it's beauty from the turret on this wonderful historic Castle.
Sarasota Bay House
Seeking the ultimate snowbird retreat, this family from the Midwest found a 1970s ranch on Little Sarasota Bay that was in need of love. The neglected ranch went through many revisions through the years and the end result was a bit confusing. The clients, however, saw their vision from day one. The poolside cabana captures the ultimate outdoor living experience as it includes areas for outdoor dining, casual seating, firepit, fireplace, and a custom outdoor kitchen.
With enough room to spread out, this snowbird retreat is surely going to keep the guests coming back for years to come.
This precious gulf front home was the original fish camp on Anna Maria Island. It was a known destination for serious anglers in the 30's and 40's. It was such a respected and admired property that when the owners wanted to sell the land, another family bought the home and had it moved 1 mile south to the location where it currently resides. The original structure has been completely updated and an additional guest quarters were added. Great care went into ensuring the home maintained its original character and that the addition simply looked like it had been there forever.
