Home Watch

Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Home Watch is suited for homes that are unoccupied for extended periods of time. Home inspections are conducted on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. A home watch professional performs a thorough visual inspection of the entire property guided by a checklist. Once the visual inspection is complete, a digital report is sent directly to you for your records. The report includes a home checklist, any additional notes, and pictures to document anything that comes up during the visit.

If the home watch professional notices anything concerning, they make note of that in the report and we will suggest a course of action to resolve the problem. We have great working relationships with local, licensed service companies. We serve as an advocate for our clients, representing your best interests in your absence.

We use cloud-based software that has been set up specifically for our home care company. We have a client portal where you will be able to view upcoming appointments, request and approve services, and make payments. This streamlined approach to home watch makes the process as easy and efficient for the homeowner as possible.
