Built for Complex Coastal Construction

Ross Built is a family company that has built custom homes on Florida’s Gulf Coast since 2006. Most of them are on the water, where flood zones, setbacks and coastal permitting decide what can be built and what it will cost.

That is why we get involved early, while the plans are still taking shape and changes are easy to make. By the time we break ground, the budget, the schedule and the permits are already worked out.

We take on a small number of homes at a time, so every one gets a full-time team and the family’s attention.
