Sundowner Beach
Having traveled to Florida from the UK for many years, our client finally decided to buy a little piece of Anna Maria Island right off of North Shore. They sought a modern design that could house their very large (and fun) family. The property is nicely situated on a section of the beach where they have a very deep beach. Each level of the home is designed to provide panoramic vista up and down the beach.
From a design standpoint, our client wanted an escape from the gray and cloud filled world they call home and wanted to celebrate all things coastal in this home. The terms “simple, modern, beachy” were the key words used when making all finish selections. The light wood tones, soft coastal colors and fun applications of tiles and textures create just the perfect place to relax and enjoy one another. With some of the best sunset views on Anna Maria Island, this home quickly adopted the perfect name of “Sundowner”.
