Beachwalker is a three-story coastal home on Anna Maria Island, a short walk from the sand. Soft blue-gray siding, crisp white trim, and black-framed windows give the exterior a fresh, modern take on island style, with a ground-level garage, a paver drive, and a slatted wood gate opening to the entry.

Inside, an open stair with white oak treads and slim black railings sets the tone: light, clean, and casual. Exposed ceiling beams, wide-plank oak floors, and a white kitchen with natural wood accents run through the main living level, and a rooftop deck adds a place to catch the sunset.

Designed for a full house, the bedrooms include built-in bunks and playful tile and wallpaper choices that give each room its own personality. It is a home built for family and friends to enjoy together.

“Today we have a beautiful home that we all can be so proud of and I would not look to anyone else other than Ross Built Construction to build again!”
