We had a fantastic experience building our custom home in Anna Maria with Lee and the Ross Team. It was a truly collaborative process from start to finish, and the quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

“Ross Built have held our hand in the most professional yet friendly way during the entire design, build and fit out of our brand new beachfront home in Anna Maria Island, Florida. From helping with selecting an architect, dealing with the City on planning, building, helping us select materials, to the final landscape and interior they have been helpful, professional and always go above and beyond. We have built a few homes in the past (albeit in the UK) but we have never had the service and attention to detail that the team gave us.”

“We have worked on two previous projects with Ross Built and so when it came to a major remodel of our new home off of AMI, we immediately turned to Greg and Lee Ross again. Their experience, professionalism, and commitment to quality are unmatched. Their entire team is outstanding and we would highly recommend them to anyone exploring a remodel or building a new custom home.”

The amazing part was when we were asked to send them a punch list we had none. 11 years later they are still waiting.

Their attention to detail was extraordinary. They didn’t just renovate the home; they brought it back to life in a way that makes it look and feel exactly as it did a hundred years ago. What truly set them apart was their care and craftsmanship throughout the process. They became part of our family during the rebuild.

“We have worked with Ross Built on two different projects and they have provided us with the most amazing Anna Maria Island homes. Our first project was a remodel. They did such a wonderful job that we couldn’t imagine using anyone else to build our custom home on the island. They walked us through every step of the project, ensured quality construction, provided insightful and tasteful style recommendations, and were so communicative through the build. They have the best people working on their team and we truly trusted throughout the entire process. My husband and I highly recommend Ross Built and consider them the best of the best!”

“We recently finished a custom home build by Ross Built Custom Homes on Anna Maria Island, Florida. The entire experience from start to finish was truly delightful. The owners were directly involved throughout the entire building process and always available to answer questions and concerns. Our building supervisor was always dependable and timely to follow up on questions. He kept the building process going throughout the pandemic. We felt that we had the support necessary from the entire team that enabled good quality honest communication that was integral to a successful experience. Today we have a beautiful home that we all can be so proud of and I would not look to anyone else other than Ross Built Construction to build again!”

Residential contractor
“We chose Ross Built to build our home for a couple of reasons. Number one, I’m a residential contractor and I’ve been building for about 35-40 years. About 13 years ago I had them do my first renovation and they did a great job. A lot became available on some open water and the first people I went to were Lee and Greg Ross. Ross Built did a great job of managing my expectations. I get asked all the time if I would recommend my builder again, and 100% of the time I say yes.”
