Rendering of the entry at Bird Key Modern with wood slats and a reflecting pool

Bird Key Modern is a two-story modern home on the water on Bird Key in Sarasota, designed by Sweet Sparkman Architecture and Interiors, who also designed the interiors.

The structure is concrete and masonry, finished in stucco, with broad glass and tiled decks. An infinity-edge pool runs along the water side of the house. Inside, a feature stair and a fireplace anchor the main living space.

Construction is complete. The renderings show the design, and the gallery follows construction from the foundation walls to the roof slab. Photos of the finished home are coming soon.
