The Blue Heron Residence holds a special place for our team, as it reflects a long-standing relationship with one of our earliest clients.
What began as a remodel on his weekend home turned into a lasting partnership. After a few years and a growing family, he decided to build a new home on the open water and once again trusted Ross Built to bring his vision to life.
We worked closely with Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson to design a custom waterfront home that reflects both his lifestyle and experience in the building industry. As a builder himself, he had a clear understanding of construction and a high expectation for quality.
The result is a thoughtfully designed weekend retreat, built with careful attention to detail and execution. More importantly, the project reflects the kind of relationship we value most, built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
Having built many custom homes himself, he has shared that the level of finish and overall quality delivered by Ross Built stands apart from anything he has experienced.
Today, that relationship continues beyond the project and remains one of the most meaningful we’ve built.
