Coastal Haven exterior stair and porches above the garage

Coastal Haven is a three-level canal-front home on Anna Maria Island built for life on the water. The living floors sit above a ground-level garage and paver motor court, covered porches with warm wood ceilings wrap the water side of the house on two levels, and a spiral stair climbs to a rooftop deck with the best view of all. A private dock keeps the boat a few steps from the back door.

Inside, the palette is clean, classic coastal: white shaker cabinetry with a blue-and-white patterned backsplash, exposed ceiling beams, wide-plank oak floors, and a shiplap fireplace wall flanked by floating shelves. Navy and sunny yellow accents keep the rooms easygoing, and plantation shutters filter the Florida light.

Like every Ross Built home on the island, it is built to coastal code from the ground up — elevated construction and impact-rated windows and doors — so it will look this good after many summers of salt air.
