The Earle House is a Georgian Revival home on the Sarasota bayfront, designed by Alfred C. Clas and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Ross Built is in pre-construction on its restoration with Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects and Sagrada Studio.
The plan is to raise the two-story house in place onto a new foundation, then restore it with new systems, roof, windows and doors. The City of Sarasota’s Historic Preservation Board has approved the work.
A pool, a terrace, a covered porch and a new painting studio are planned for the grounds. The elevation shown here is by Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects, and the interior concept renderings are by Sagrada Studio.
