Key Royale Residence is a canal-front home in Holmes Beach, with a dock and boat lift on the water side. The house is framed and in rough-in for plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
The plan has two primary suites and a breezeway, with garage and storage at ground level. Exterior details include metal panel and siding and gas lanterns.
The gallery shows construction so far, starting with the foundation on the canal-front lot. More progress photos will be added as the home takes shape.
