Seasong Residence is a two-story home on the Gulf side of Anna Maria, designed by Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects. The state coastal permit is approved and the site is prepared. Construction starts when the city building permit is issued.

The house will be built on a pile foundation and elevated for the flood zone.

The elevation at the top of this page is the architect’s drawing. The other images are concept renderings, and the exterior colors and details are still being finalized. Progress photos will be added once construction is under way.
