Building in Lakewood Ranch
Lakewood Ranch is a different kind of site than the coast. There is no salt air, no seawall and no beachfront permit. What you get instead is land: larger lots on lakes, preserves and golf courses in communities like The Lake Club and The Concession.
That room allows for larger homes, and one of the largest we have built is here. The scale changes, but the way we run the project does not.
Design Review
Each community has its own architectural guidelines and review board. Approval there comes before the building permit.
Scale
Estate homes bring more structure, more systems and more trades on site at once. Coordination is the job.
County Permitting
Lakewood Ranch spans Manatee and Sarasota counties. We permit in both.
