Home base. Our office is on 67th Street West, and two of our most recognized modern homes are a few miles away.
Building in Bradenton
Bradenton sits on the south bank of the Manatee River, with Palma Sola Bay cutting in on the west side. The waterfront here is quieter than the islands and the lots are often larger, which gives an architect room to work.
Palma Sola Modern and Modern River House are both here. Farther east, we build estate homes in the gated communities of Lakewood Ranch, and beyond them is the open land that runs out to Myakka City.
City or County
Some of the Bradenton area is inside the city and much of it is unincorporated Manatee County. We permit in both.
Bay and River Lots
Waterfront lots here are in flood zones, with seawalls, docks and in some places mangroves to plan around.
Room to Build
Larger mainland lots allow wider footprints, guest houses and detached garages that island lots cannot.
