Building on Manasota Key
Manasota Key is a long, narrow barrier island near Englewood. The north end is a canopy road with homes tucked into the trees between the Gulf and Lemon Bay. It has stayed quiet on purpose, and the people who build here want to keep it that way.
We have managed work on Manasota Key before. Projects here get a full-time team on site and run the same way as the ones close to home.
Two Counties
The key is split between Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Which one your lot is in decides who reviews the plans.
Gulf-Front Permitting
Beachfront homes need a state coastal permit. We handle it in-house and start early.
Trees and Dunes
The canopy and the dune are protected and worth protecting. The house is sited around them.
