Where We Build
BOCA GRANDE
Gasparilla Island and Palm Island, the Gulf islands south of Englewood, about an hour and a half south of our office.
Building in Boca Grande
Boca Grande and Palm Island are Gulf islands where getting there is part of the job. Gasparilla Island is reached by one causeway and Palm Island only by car ferry, so materials, crews and inspections are planned around the trip. It is the same kind of island building we do every day on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Jewfish Key.
A project here gets a full-time project manager on site and runs through the same pre-construction process as every Ross Built home, with detailed scopes and real subcontractor bids before construction starts.
A Full-Time Team
Every project here gets a dedicated project manager on site, not someone splitting time between jobs.
Same Process
Detailed scopes, real subcontractor bids and a full pre-construction phase, the same as every Ross Built home.
Island Logistics
Deliveries, crews and equipment are scheduled around the causeway and the ferry. We plan the sequence before the first truck rolls.
Gulf-Front Permitting
Gulf-front lots fall under the state’s coastal construction rules. We handle coastal permitting in-house, as we do on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.
Gasparilla Island
The village of Boca Grande and the Gulf-front lots around it, reached by the Boca Grande Causeway.
Palm Island
Gulf-to-bay lots on the islands off Cape Haze, reached only by car ferry.
